Can we customise the event to our needs?
Absolutely. We tailor every event to your objectives — whether that's team building, strategy or wellness. Tell us your goals and we'll design around them.
What's included in the package?
Guided hikes, professional leaders, safety equipment, trail maps and post-hike refreshments. Extras like catering, transport and bespoke activities can be arranged on request.
Cost & reservations
What does a corporate event cost?
It depends on the type of event, number of participants and any extras. Email events@hikinginlondon.co.uk for a tailored quote for your team.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks to secure availability and allow time for customisation, though we can often accommodate last-minute bookings.
Participants & logistics
How many participants can you accommodate?
Anything from small teams of 10 to large gatherings of up to 100. For bigger groups, we arrange multiple leaders to keep things safe and personal.
Do you provide transport?
Yes, on request — we work with reliable providers to get your team there safely and on time. Just let us know your needs when booking.
Are pets allowed at corporate events?
While we're a dog-friendly club, we suggest keeping pets at home for corporate events to keep things focused. Got a special request? Just ask.
Safety & preparation
What safety measures are in place?
Safety comes first. Hikes are led by trained, certified leaders with first-aid kits and emergency communication. We risk-assess every trail and follow BMC safety regulations.
What should participants bring?
Comfortable hiking boots and weather-appropriate clothing, plus water, snacks, a hat, sunscreen and any personal medication. We provide trail maps and a safety briefing before each hike.
What happens in bad weather?
Our leaders may adjust the route or reschedule to keep everyone safe, and we'll notify participants as soon as possible if anything changes.
Extras
Do you offer catering or refreshments?
Yes — snacks, drinks and meals depending on the event, with customisable menus to suit preferences and dietary requirements.
Can you run team-building activities during the hike?
Absolutely. We build in exercises and collaborative challenges along the way to boost teamwork and communication.
Cancellations & changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least two weeks ahead are fully refundable; within two weeks a fee may apply. See our full policy on the FAQ page or contact us directly.
What if we need to change the date?
We'll do our best to accommodate date changes based on availability — just contact us as early as you can to discuss options.
