The route
Starting from Battle Station, we leave the historic town and head into the East Sussex countryside, following quiet rural paths through 1066 Country.
The route takes us through ancient woodland, rolling fields, valleys and peaceful countryside before looping back towards Battle.
We finish back in Battle, close to the historic town and Battle Abbey, forever associated with the Battle of Hastings in 1066.
