Should you require assistance, we offer a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions and their respective answers. Our aim is to ensure the highest quality experience for you. Simply click on a question to reveal its answer.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should be approximately between 18 and 65 years of age, and in regular physical condition*.

Suggested Equipment for Activities

  • Waterproof hiking shoes (boots or mountain footwear)
  • At least 1.5 litres of water.
  • Waterproof jacket, poncho, and collapsible umbrella.
  • Hiking trousers (we advise against wearing jeans).
  • For sunny days, we recommend a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
  • For cold days, wear a warm coat, fleece, gloves, scarf, and hat.

Please notify the organisers at the time of booking about any medical conditions, both physical and psychological, that may impact the successful execution of the planned activity.

ROUTE LEVELS
Low level: Predominantly flat routes with ascents of up to +200m.
Low / Medium Level: Routes with an ascent of up to +400m.
Medium level: Routes with ascents between +400m / +600m.
Medium / High level: Routes with ascents from +600m onwards, or medium-level routes that are more extensive.
