Clothing:

- Mid layers: Fleece or wool jacket for insulation.
- Outer layer: Waterproof and breathable jacket and trousers to protect against wind and rain.
- Mountain trousers: Durable and comfortable; consider trousers that can convert into shorts.
- Underwear and socks: Preferably from materials that manage moisture well (such as merino or synthetics).
- Hat, scarf, and gloves: Essential for cold protection, especially at the summit.
Footwear:
- Mountain boots: Must be sturdy, waterproof, and provide good ankle support.
Hiking Equipment:
- Backpack: At least 30-40 liters, with a rain cover.
- Trekking poles: Help reduce knee impact during descents.
- Sleeping bag: Suitable for staying in mountain shelters.
Food and Hydration:
